I need help with my website hosting information?
You can get your website hosting information from your web developer or your web hosting company. The following information is specifically needed:

  1. FTP Host: e.g. ftp.mywebsite.com or 100.123.124.125
  2. FTP User: e.g. yourusername
  3. FTP Password: e.g. yourpassword
  4. FTP Host Directory: e.g. /websitefiles/

When trying to save my ftp hosting information, I receive an error message.
Ensure that you have the correct FTP information. You can either check with your web developer or your website hosting company. If this still does not work, you can try the following tip:

In the FTP Host Directory section - try replacing the leading and trailing "/" with a blank to get the working combination.
